Ageas and FPIM/SFPI: Transparency notification
In accordance with the rules on financial transparency*, FPIM/SFPI has notified Ageas on 21 January 2022 that, on 19 January 2022, its interest has exceeded the statutory threshold of 5% of the shares issued by Ageas. Its current shareholding stands at 6.33%.
